Devon’s creative path was given significant direction when she inherited her grandmother’s art supplies at the age of 11. Her love for the creative process, colors, and artistic expression through an array of different mediums, kept her open to all possibilities when it came to choosing an occupation. As one of the founding actors of the teen troupe for her community theater, she went on to graduate from St. Edwards University with a BA in Theatre Arts. Her passion for the arts, led her to find work as a scenic artist. Devon began an internship with Karen Maness, Scenic Charge of UT Austin, which eventually pointed her in towards a position at SRO. Outside of work, Devon freelances as a muralist and massage therapist, and cannot resist the urge to expand her library. She enjoys hunting and fishing with her family, developing her style as a carpenter and painter, and continuing to add to her collection of paintbrushes and tools.
